What can you do when you are experiencing foot pain?

If there is a chance you have injured your foot, you want to go in and get seen as soon as possible. You may have fractured or caused another type of injury to your foot that will require immediate treatment. Also, while there are over the counter options for bunions, a visit to your podiatrist may prove to be more beneficial. Just about all foot pain can be improved by staying off of your feet for awhile and giving them rest. You can also lessen the pain and reduce inflammation by using ice on your feet. Rolling frozen water bottles under them is also a good idea.
